Parking at AEON Mall is available from 6:00 to 24:00. Parking outside of these hours is not permitted.

We have designated parking spaces within the AEON Mall Kisarazu parking area. Please kindly park in the designated parking spaces as indicated. The designated parking spaces are located in a section of the G Parking Lot. (MAP: Location of G Parking Lot)

Please do not leave your child unattended in the vehicle.

Please lock your vehicle when you are away.

If the parking spaces are full, please follow the staff's instructions.

We are not liable for any accidents, issues, thefts, or incidents within the parking area.

After parking your vehicle in the designated parking area, please make sure to complete the registration before boarding the shuttle bus. The reception hours are from 8:30 to 17:00.

During registration, you will receive an entry wristband. Please present the emailed "Electronic Ticket (QR Code)" for entry. Admission will not be granted without the ticket.

Please keep the entry wristband on your wrist for the duration of the event. Entry to the venue will not be allowed without the wristband, and it should not be removed until the event concludes. Thank you for your cooperation.

Different colored wristbands will indicate the participant's eligibility of alcohol service.

The provided wristbands are valid only for the day of the event.

The registration area is clearly marked, but if you have any questions, please approach our event staff for assistance.

Animals and pets (excluding guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) are not allowed on the premises. Furthermore, bringing hazardous items is strictly prohibited. Thank you for your cooperation.

Entry to the venue will be exclusively through the designated shuttle buses, except for authorized personnel.

To board the shuttle bus, please present the wristband provided upon registration.

Please be aware that the travel time and schedule of the shuttle bus may vary.

The shuttle bus does not make any stops along the way.

The shuttle bus departs from the designated bus stop within AEON Mall Kisarazu parking lot.

The bus stop at the parking lot is located near the registration area.

If you are coming from Kisarazu Station using public transportation, please make sure to complete the registration at Washington Hotel and use the shuttle bus to reach the venue.

Washington Hotel is located approximately a 1-minute walk from the east exit of JR Kisarazu Station. For more detailed information, please refer to the following link:

Lost or found items within the venue can be stored and managed at the information desk. Please approach a staff member for assistance.

Please keep your wristband on until the end of the event.

Limited seating areas near the main stage are available for dining and resting.

In case of rain, umbrella rentals are not provided. Please bring your own rain gear.

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas within PEC Tokyo premises.

Follow staff instructions to prevent accidents and maintain order. Parents or guardians accompanying children should ensure constant supervision.

Enjoy a variety of food and beverages from our outdoor food trucks during the event. Prior to your visit, obtain a dedicated exchange voucher (QR code) from our website, and redeem it for food and drink tickets at the designated on-site counter.

The food and drink tickets are exclusively valid at the designated shops during the event day. Please note that they cannot be used inside the main building.

Refunds are not available after purchase.

No alcohol will be sold to drivers or those under 20 years of age.

We provide the "Drift Experience" and "Off-road Experience" as available activities for customers. Please note that you can only choose one of them to participate in.

Registration for the experiencial content will take place at the Experiencial Content Registration Counter. Simply present the entry QR code at the designated time to receive an exchange voucher, which you will use at the assigned experience area. Please ensure that you arrive on time as indicated on the voucher and keep it safe throughout the event.

The following situations will result in cancellation: losing the exchange voucher or not arriving within the specified time slot.

If you feel unwell after participating, please inform a staff member.

We are unable to store personal belongings.

Participants arriving by car cannot enter the main venue directly on the event day. We have arranged a dedicated shuttle bus service from the temporary parking lot at AEON Mall Kisarazu for your convenience.

For those using public transportation to attend the event, please come to the parking lot at AEON Mall Kisarazu and use the dedicated shuttle bus service.

The event program is subject to change without prior notice due to the organizer's circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or infection control measures, the event may be canceled or modified. Thank you for your understanding.

The organizer is not responsible for accidents resulting from failure to comply with staff instructions within the venue.

The organizer will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation fees, or related costs in the event of cancellation or postponement.

We do not provide cloakrooms or lockers. Please take responsibility for the management of your personal belongings.

The organizer, venue, and performers are not liable for accidents, thefts, or losses inside or outside the venue. Please take personal responsibility for your belongings.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

Event coverage will be posted on the organizer's website and social media. Your understanding is appreciated as you may appear in photos or videos.

Entry may be denied if proof of registered information cannot be provided at the reception. Identification may be required for verification.

Transferring or selling event tickets to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Food and beverage availability at the food trucks is limited. Service may be discontinued depending on circumstances.

If you feel unwell or sustain an injury during the event, please notify a nearby staff member.

Attendee safety is our top priority during earthquakes or disasters, and the event may be temporarily suspended at the organizer's discretion.

Prior to attending the event, please check your body temperature. If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, kindly refrain from attending.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 7 days or have received a stay-at-home order, we kindly ask you to refrain from attending the event.
